Combat Store is taking a big new step in its commitment to Muay Thai in Norway. As the first retailer in the country, we are launching IFMA-approved equipment from the renowned manufacturer TOP TEN. This is a milestone both for us and for Norwegian athletes who want to train and compete with officially approved equipment at the highest level.
A strong commitment to Muay Thai
IFMA (International Federation of Muaythai Associations) is the world's largest and most recognised organisation for Muay Thai, with more than 130 member nations. It sets the standard for competition equipment globally.
We are stocking up with a wide range of IFMA-approved equipment from TOP TEN, including gloves, shorts, shin guards and headgear – all designed for maximum performance, comfort and safety.
From WAKO to IFMA – experience and quality
TOP TEN has supplied WAKO-approved kickboxing equipment since the 1980s and has built a reputation as one of the world's most reliable suppliers of martial arts equipment. Now they are bringing that experience and quality to Muay Thai through the new IFMA-approved range – and we are proud to offer it directly to Norwegian athletes.
The Venum partnership continues
While introducing IFMA-approved equipment from TOP TEN, we are continuing our close partnership with Venum. We are also launching red and blue Muay Thai equipment from Venum – although it is not IFMA-approved as of 2025, there are many competitions where approval is not required for shorts and tops. This gives our customers more style options without compromising on quality.
Our vision for the future
Going forward, Combat Store will focus on our brands more than ever. Our main focus is on:
- Muay Thai (professional and amateur)
- MMA (professional and amateur)
- WKF Karate
- BJJ
- ITF Taekwondo
- World Boxing
- WAKO Kickboxing
We want to be the preferred supplier for athletes who want top quality and officially approved equipment – whether you train for fun or compete at international level.
