More information

Three uses – one bag. The Fighter 3in1 is designed around three completely different ways to train: Free-standing punching bag – put it on the base and train punches, kicks and combinations. A low centre of gravity gives good response, and the bag rights itself even after hard hits. Grappling dummy without base – remove the base and the bag stands on its own. Perfect for takedowns, throws, wrestling and ground & pound – MMA and BJJ training at home. Hanging bag – unpack the straps and hang the bag from the ceiling like a classic punching bag. Materials and construction The outer layer is made of Hitex Polyplan from Austria – a very durable and easy-to-clean material that withstands outdoor training. The filling is built up in several layers: Trocellen PE from Italy on the outside, PUR HD from the Czech Republic in the middle, and recycled rubber granulate in the core. The base is factory-filled with sand – no extra filling needed. Stable and easy to move The base weighs approx. 38 kg and is attached to the bag body with hook-and-loop. Four integrated handles let one person move the base alone. The bag can be used indoors and outdoors – just follow the care instructions for outdoor use. Benefits: 3in1: free-standing bag, grappling dummy and hanging bag in one Factory-filled base – approx. 38 kg, no extra filling needed Rights itself after hard hits thanks to a low centre of gravity Durable Hitex Polyplan outer layer from Austria – easy to clean Multi-layer filling for optimal cushioning and a long service life Four handles in the base – easy to move Suitable for indoor and outdoor use Made in the Czech Republic with EU materials Patented design (Czech utility model 34704 and international patent PCT/IB2021/056217) Note: Minor surface scratches from production may occur – this is not a defect and does not affect function.

Questions and answers

For nybegynnere anbefales 70-80 kg sekker, mens erfarne utøvere ofte bruker 100+ kg.
